Welcome to our Story

Owner, Kiley Secoy, entered the specialty coffee industry in 2015 after a background in corporate management and high-volume sales, coupled with the recent experience of becoming a mother. Intrigued by the world of specialty coffee, she made a pivotal shift that ignited a deep passion for the craft. Transitioning from roles as a barista to cafe management, education director, and roaster, Kiley stood as one of the two female roasters in the Sacramento, CA area at that time.

Driven by her love for coffee, Kiley journeyed to Costa Rica to engage in sourcing, tasting, and immersing herself in the intricate processing of specialty coffee. Witnessing firsthand the direct impact of cafe presentation on coffee farmers, she internalized the concept of "Many Hands" and the profound responsibility held by those serving as the final “hand” of the coffee experience.

Her exploration extended beyond coffee, delving into the development and scaling of supply chain operations within agricultural industries. Drawing from this diverse background, Kiley ventured into her own consulting business, where she collaborates with business owners to launch cafes, integrate coffee programs into restaurants and bars, and provide staff training with a meticulous focus on detail and the ethos of "Many Hands."
